January 9th is National Law Enforcement Appreciation Day. We recognize and thank all active and retired law enforcement officers as well as those who supported their efforts to make America a safer place. Today is a day to wear blue, turn on a blue porch light, fly a Thin Blue Line flag or just take a moment to silently think of those still on the job.
