The Atlanta Chapter is the host for the Savannah Reunion.   Our hotel is the Embassy Suites located in the Historic District@ 605 W Oglethorpe Ave., two blocks from the visitor center.   Amenities include a cooked to order breakfast and an evening social hour with complimentary cocktails and appetizers.   The reservations phone number is 912-721-6900. The "NARPI" rate is $179/night $189/night, plus taxes. The Group Name is "2019 NARPI Reunion" and the Code is "NAR". Please indicate any special needs you may have when making your reservation. Hotel Reservatons Dates: If you are making a reservation for Saturday, 4/27, the rate for that night will be higher than for Sun-Tues nights. We recommend that you either: 1) add you extra days at the back end of the reunion (Wed & Thurs nights will have your booking rate); or 2) make you reservation FIRST for Sun-Tues nights, then add Sat night by calling the hotel to be sure you will not have to move rooms.
CLICK HERE to access the Embassey Suites room reservation link.   Wednesday and Thursday nights post-reunion will be at your booking rate. On-site parking is available for $20/night ($25/night for valet). NOTE: (2-1-2019) Another 15 rooms have been added to our room block at the Embassy Suites in Savannah. Unfortunately, the rate went up bit. The best rate they could get is $189 plus taxes. The rate to the public is currently $203 (AAA). Thank you and we are excited about the fantastic response!

Another NOTE: (2-26-19) A third room block has been established with 25 rooms available (king or 2 queen). The Embassy Suites is almost sold out, so no more blocks there are possible. The new block is at the Hamption Inn & Suites adjacent to the Embassy Suites. Hampton can give us a rate of $169. (+ tax and fees) for Sunday through Tuesday nights (April 28-30). The post days (Wednesday and Thursday nights) are not available as most of their rooms for those 2 nights are booked. Details are as follows: Location: 603 W Oglethorpe Ave., Savannah, GA 331401. Phone: (912) 721-1600
Click here for the Hampton Inn reservation link. The Hampton Inn has a complimentary breakfast buffet for each guest. Coffee is available after breakfast at a beverage station near the front desk. It does not have a social hour. Embassy Suites Social Hour passes are available for $20/person. Remember, we will have the Hospitality Room.
